DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We most certainly do! Wherever you’re based, YANA will get to you.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
YANA offers free express postage to our customers within Australia, and a flat rate of $15AUD postage to our international customers. If you require express postage, please contact us prior to making your order at firstname.lastname@example.org for our rates (these may vary from country to country).
ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS SECURE?
Absolutely – YANA’s store uses Stripe Checkout software, which has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 (this is the most stringent level of certification available). Your private information is incredibly important to us, and while you’re using our store it’s not going anywhere!
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Of course. You should receive a tracking number via email when we ship your purchase. If you don’t receive this, send us through an email at email@example.com.
DO YOU ACCEPTS RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
We do our absolute best to ensure your new travel companion is perfect – however if there are any issues with your purchase at all, we want to help! You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it our priority to fix whatever the problem is.
DO I NEED TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
As a customer, you will be liable for any customs, taxes and import duties your country has. YANA is not liable for these costs, and we cannot refund or reimburse these charges.
If you’re unsure of which charges your country has in place, we recommend that you contact your local customs office to check with them.
WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
You can check out our clothing Sizing Guide to see which size is the best fit for you. Our own personal opinion is that if you’re in doubt, go small! Our travelwear items are at their best when they’re snuggling up with you on the plane, or holding you tightly with their support on your many adventures.
